Daruwin's EPS Foam Raw Materials are specially made for the fire door core materials. These are not ordinary packaging foam particles but the professional-grade materials with temperature resistance, water repellency, and structural stability features built-in. Fire doors have very stringent requirements for their core materials, which must be lightweight, non-collapsible, crack-resistant, heat-resistant, and non-absorbent. Our EPS particles are developed precisely to address these pain points. EPS Beads Expandable Polystyrene Granules feature a closed-cell rate of ≥ 90%, effectively blocking moisture penetration and thus preventing dampness even in humid and cold environments. Its even foaming structure makes the door core more compact and stable, and therefore less susceptible to collapse. The product has stable temperature resistance and will not be deformed even after long-term temperature changes within a door structure. Besides that, the density may be changed according to different fire door grades, thus combining a lightweight design with the best strength and stability.

Mechanical Properties
EPS Fire Rated Door Core Foamed's compressive strength reaches S ≥ 6–8 kg/cm², thereby the door core will not easily get deformed or collapsed due to daily use and long-term stress. A bulk density of U ≤ 18 kg/m³ is indicative of the door core being lightweight, thus facilitating handling and installation, while not losing structural stability because of its light weight. In addition, the foaming ratio is from 40 to 70 times, thus providing a uniform and dense internal structure of the door core, which is not very heavy but still good in pressure resistance. Factory Capabilities
The Daruwin plant covers 185 acres and is equipped with a modern production line that has an annual output capacity of 240,000 tons EPS new materials. The raw materials are coming from Fushun Petrochemical area, a source that ensures supply stability, short transportation distances and, thus, consistent products between batches.
