The tank farm is the "source control center" of the entire factory. All critical raw materials are stored here and managed according to international standards. Tank material, cleaning frequency, anti-corrosion treatment, liquid level monitoring, and temperature recording—every detail directly affects the stability of the raw materials.
EPS production has extremely high requirements for raw material consistency. If tank farm management is inadequate, even slight stratification, impurities, or changes in humidity can lead to unstable molding, density fluctuations, and even batch scrap. Therefore, our tank farm management can be described as "overly rigorous," with daily inspections and large-scale maintenance and calibration cycles every week and month.
Many customers are unaware that the level of management of the factory's raw material tank farm often determines the upper limit of product stability. Because we manage this area so thoroughly, the density deviation of the produced EPS is very small, with almost no fluctuation between batches, resulting in higher availability and lower loss rates for our customers.
