This is our EPS production line. The machines operate with a very even noise level, and each process runs according to predetermined parameters without any rushing or interruptions. For EPS, even slight deviations in parameters such as temperature, steam volume, and expansion ratio directly affect the density and appearance of the molded product. Therefore, our production line is not simply "making products," but rather performing a "precision engineering" process that requires continuous and stable operation.
The entire production line is equipped with a real-time monitoring system that automatically records production data for each batch, from raw material input to polymerization, drying, mixing, and packaging—all information is traceable. This system helps us achieve a high degree of product consistency: the goods you receive today will perform the same as the goods you receive three months later; there won't be "good batches and bad batches."
For customers, this means a long-term stable supply, predictable quality, and the ability to truly apply EPS products to fields with higher precision requirements. Because of the production line's stability, we don't feel any psychological pressure when handling large-volume orders; in fact, the larger the volume, the more stable we become, because this is the rhythm we excel at.
