1. High closed-cell structure once Polystyrene Beads for Insulation are foamed, thus the material being less likely to assimilate water. The greatest cold storage enemy is definitely moisture. Daruwin's expanded polystyrene bead is capable of producing a foamed material with a compressive strength ranging from 6 to 8 kg/cm², and also with a bulk density of ≤18 kg/m³, thus the resulting panels are not only light in weight but also have good resistance to compression, hence the panels will not collapse when used for a long time in a low-temperature condition of cold storage. The foaming factor of the expanded polystyrene bead can be between 40 and 70 times, thus, it not only satisfies the requirement for lightness of the material but also ensures that the overall structural strength of the panels is maintained, which is a very important point for cold storage materials.


Packaging and Logistics

We are willing to explore various packaging options to cater to the requirements of our engineering clients, manufacturers of cold storage facilities, and export customers, and at the same time, we make sure operations run smoothly. Our regular packing consists of 25kg woven bags with an inner PE moisture-proof bag for the protection of the product against moisture during shipment. Big orders can also be supplied with 500kg-1000kg ton bags, which are ideal for direct loading to the cold storage panel production line.

Export customers may choose to use pallets and stretch wraps as their method of container loading, sorting, and customs clearance. The Daruwin factory is equipped with weighbridges and a large warehouse for loading, weighing, unloading, and delivering full and less-than-truckloads rapidly and effectively.
