Daruwin's Plastic Granules Raw Eps Beads is a fast-molding material that has been specially developed for electrical appliance packaging use. Fast-cycle materials (Type B material) is the general term for this kind of material in the industry. The main application is the manufacturing of protective packaging for various electrical appliances, e.g., the inner cushioning of refrigerators, washing machines, and air conditioners, shock-proof packaging for small appliances like rice cookers and air fryers, protective parts of electronic equipment and control boxes, and EPS protective blocks for the transportation of exported electrical appliances.

1. Packaging for electrical appliances have very stringent requirements in terms of dimensional accuracy. Daruwin's EPS raw material for electronic device helps to produce a consistent cellular structure and stable expansion ratio, thereby resulting in low shrinkage after molding. Consequently, the same mold can produce liners and corner protectors that have minimal dimensional deviation even after different batches.
