Packaging

During the shipping and loading process, we prioritize transportation stability and container utilization. Palletized goods can be loaded directly using forklifts, reducing the risk of bag damage and crushing caused by manual handling.

Export shipments are typically arranged efficiently within 20GP or 40HQ containers, maintaining stable spacing between pallets to prevent shifting and crushing during transit. After loading, the integrity of the outer packaging and securing methods are checked again to ensure overall stability during long-distance transportation, port transshipment, and unloading at the destination port.

This relatively standardized loading method effectively reduces logistics losses and allows customers to easily count quantities and quickly put goods into storage upon arrival, without affecting subsequent production schedules.
