Considering the characteristics of EPS raw materials, which are susceptible to moisture, compression, and spillage during export transportation, Daruwin employs a relatively mature and stable packaging solution to ensure that the raw materials maintain excellent foaming and molding performance upon arrival at the port.
Conventional export orders primarily use a combination of 25kg woven bags with an inner PE moisture-proof bag, which facilitates manual handling and allows customers to directly store and use the materials upon arrival. For long-term cooperative customers or project orders with larger quantities, 500–1000kg bulk bags are available to reduce the number of packages and improve loading and unloading efficiency.
All export packaging is palletized according to the order quantity, with the weight of each pallet typically controlled at around 1 ton. Multiple layers of stretch film are used to wrap and secure the pallets, providing moisture protection, preventing spillage, and protecting against compression, making it suitable for long-distance sea transport and multiple loading and unloading scenarios.
